1. Introduction

Welcome to Ted Shuttles. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.

2. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Ted Shuttles.
  • “Customer” refers to any individual or entity using our services.
  • “Service” refers to shuttle transportation provided by Ted Shuttles.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorised channels.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

5. Service Availability

  • Ted Shuttles reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or vehicle breakdowns.
  • In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and offered an alternative or a full refund.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must arrive at the designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before departure.
  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Ted Shuttles is not liable for lost or stolen items.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Ted Shuttles takes all reasonable measures to ensure passenger safety. However, travel involves inherent risks, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute safety.
  • Ted Shuttles shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during transit unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  • Customers are advised to have personal travel insurance for additional coverage.

8. Corporate and Group Bookings

  • Group bookings (10 passengers or more) and corporate accounts must be arranged at least 72 hours in advance.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm group or corporate bookings.
  • Special terms, including cancellation policies and payment schedules, will apply and will be communicated during the booking process.

9. Conduct

  • Customers must behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers.
  • Ted Shuttles reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive or unsafe behaviour.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Ted Shuttles may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
